He says the best thing about working for Bayer is the lasting friendships he has with his co-workers and the laughs they share each day. Ronald served Bayer Motor Company in the new car department for 17 years and has now been in the used car sales for eight years. In R.W.’s free time, you can catch him watching his son play baseball or sitting out on the patio spending quality time with his son.
